Well...I'm less than a month away from my 200 RYT class at
Frog Lotus Yoga. I have changed my diet, and increased my home practice. I'm really looking forward to both the transformation and education. I know I will learn a lot, because I've been pretty much self-taught.
I plan to share my journey and transformation during my stay. Right now I have but three obstacles I'm working on: Tight Hips, Sanskrit, and reducing my caffeine intake.
